ERAMUN (Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Model United Nations) is an annual conference that brings together students from across Turkey and beyond to engage in diplomatic simulations, debate global issues, and develop critical thinking skills.

Founded on the principles of diplomacy, dialogue, and collaboration, ERAMUN provides delegates with a platform to tackle real-world challenges — from climate change and international security to human rights and sustainable development.

Our conference features multiple specialized committees, an experienced chairboard, and a dedicated secretariat — all working together to deliver an unforgettable educational experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply to ERAMUN 2026?
ERAMUN is open to all high school and university students. No prior MUN experience is required — we welcome delegates at all levels.
Is there a participation fee?
A registration fee will apply. Details including the exact amount and payment instructions will be announced soon.
What are the different application types?
You can apply as a Delegate (individual), part of a Delegation (group from your school), Chairboard member, Admin Staff, or Press Corps. Each role has a separate application form.
In which language will the conference be held?
The official conference language is English. All committee sessions, position papers, and working papers must be in English.
When will I hear back about my application?
We aim to review all applications within two weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with your acceptance status and next steps.
Is accommodation available?
Yes, we will provide a list of partner hotels with special rates for ERAMUN participants. Details will be shared with accepted applicants.
What should I include in my position paper?
Position paper guidelines will be shared with accepted delegates. In general, papers should cover your country's stance on the committee topic, past UN actions, and proposed solutions.
